Instructors and Students HMTRI Community Training and Response Center

The HaRT Project is designed to train a minimum of 3,000 community responders in terrorism awareness, incident response, and incident management featuring the use of a hazard information data management and retrieval system developed for training and response purposes.  Hazard Response Technology (HaRT) uses a web-based library of juried references and Semantic Web Technology.  HaRT will allow trainers and responders to make web-based queries of collected resources on chemical, biological, and nuclear hazards prior to responding to a terrorist or other hazardous incident.
